We are seeking a meticulous and organized individual to fill the role of Dispute Resolution Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for managing PayPal disputes and chargebacks from start to finish. Your primary objective will be to ensure cases are handled correctly and on time, following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will gather and submit evidence such as tracking information, order details, and screenshots while working closely with other teams to verify customer data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handling PayPal disputes and chargebacks from initiation to resolution
  • Following structured processes and meeting deadlines
  • Collecting and submitting necessary evidence
  • Verifying customer data in Shopify and Gorgias
  • Maintaining accurate internal records and reporting on dispute outcomes
  • Identifying trends and suggesting process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with PayPal disputes and chargebacks
  • Understanding of e-commerce operations and dropshipping models
  • Experience with Shopify and Gorgias platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
