Job Title: Employee Relations Specialist

Job Description

As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees and management, providing HR support and resolving conflicts in a fair and equitable manner. You will be responsible for ensuring that all HR-related policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated effectively to employees.

You will work closely with management to develop and implement policies and procedures, and provide guidance on employment law compliance. Additionally, you will assist with the administration of compensation and benefit programs, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives and meet the needs of employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing HR support to employees and management, including conflict resolution and employee relations
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, in consultation with management
  • Assisting with the administration of compensation and benefit programs
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of employee data, including personnel files and performance evaluations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of employment law and HR practices. Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR practices, preferably in a BPO setting
  • Public speaking capabilities
  • Good problem resolution skills and ability to handle conflict
