About the Role
">We are seeking a professional to support our customers throughout their entire customer journey, from onboarding to training and beyond. This includes delivering engaging training sessions and seamless onboarding programs via webinars or online group sessions, ensuring our new customers hit the ground running.
">This role requires deep expertise in software solutions, which will enable you to deliver expert guidance to users, facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, and conduct training and working sessions with customers to optimize their utilization of the platform.
">The ideal candidate is an exemplary brand ambassador committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. They will demonstrate a deep understanding of products and services, provide timely and clear responses to users, utilize problem-solving skills to efficiently address complex technical issues, and collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues effectively.
">Additionally, this professional will work closely with Customer Success Managers and the Operations team to align our service level with company strategy, identify recurring issues, gather customer feedback to contribute to product improvement, and provide valuable insights.
">Key Responsibilities">- Deliver Expert Guidance: Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services to provide expert guidance to users.">
- Facilitate Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, including account setup and implementation.">
- Conduct Training Sessions: Conduct training and working sessions with customers to optimize their utilization of the Traackr platform.">
- Address Complex Issues: Deliver timely and clear responses to users, utilizing problem-solving skills to efficiently address complex technical issues through our support interface, Intercom.">
- Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with internal teams (data, engineering, product) to escalate and resolve customer issues effectively.">
- Gather Customer Feedback: Identify recurring issues and gather customer feedback to contribute to product improvement, providing valuable insights.">
