Customer Service Specialist

This is a role that plays a critical part in the success of our organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to incoming inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Providing detailed and personalized attention to each customer interaction
  • Managing client concerns and escalating issues when necessary
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up according to established service level agreements
  • Administering Jira ticketing management for customer inquiries
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovating solutions to enhance the customer experience

Requirements for this role include:

  • Middle school diploma or equivalent education
  • Experience working in customer-facing roles is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret technical information
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is preferred
