As a Digital Customer Experience Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our global customers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the digital customer experience for our smaller customers, ensuring their journey with our company is seamless and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain digital tools to enhance the customer experience
  • Streamline processes by automating repetitive tasks and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Monitor customer journey outcomes and identify areas for improvement
  • Own communication in the customer success inbound queue, directing customers to relevant resources and contacts
  • Deploy data-driven automated implementation and adoption activities, tracking customer progress to ensure success
  • Develop and enable digital campaigns at scale, creating response templates for frequently asked customer questions and communications
  • Ensure data integrity standards are maintained in Gainsight and Salesforce as it relates to customer engagement tracking and product utilization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on webinar content and assist in the coordination of customer success-led webinars and campaigns
  • Review and analyze the customer base to identify growth opportunities and develop action plans from feedback and survey data

Requirements

  • College degree (Bachelor or equivalent)
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience building one-to-many digital campaigns with efficient processes
  • Ability to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion
  • Multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a changing environment
  • Strong team mentality and strategic resource utilization
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability and solution-seeking mindset
