Job Title: Customer Experience Documentation Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Documentation Specialist to create and maintain high-quality documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for diverse audiences. As part of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product requirements and design Salesforce Experience Cloud Sites.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create comprehensive documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures and user manuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product and documentation requirements.
  • Design and implement Salesforce Experience Cloud Sites using Salesforce Site Builder.
  • Manage and maintain a Salesforce Knowledge instance, ensuring high-quality knowledge management practices.
  • Translate complex technical information into clear, concise language.
  • Review and edit content produced by team members, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical writing, specifically in creating service, product, and client-facing documentation.
  • Global perspective, with experience working in a global or international service environment.
  • Self-motivation, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, including experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Salesforce Site Builder.
  • Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS coding, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  • Strong proofreading and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into user-friendly language.
