Job Opportunity:
Lead Development ExpertThis role focuses on developing a strong pipeline of potential clients interested in ERP solutions by prospecting, qualifying, and engaging with prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to develop a robust pipeline of potential clients.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives, recommending the most suitable ERP solutions based on their needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to align efforts, share insights, and drive the sales process forward.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system, tracking sales performance, reporting on metrics, and providing regular updates to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and market demands, enhancing product knowledge to effectively address customer pain points and offer solutions.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the Sales Manager, regularly reporting on progress, challenges, and opportunities.
- At least 3 years of experience in lead generation or a sales role, preferably with a background in IT solutions, software, or SaaS sales.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and industry-specific solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients over the phone or through digital channels.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools, familiarity with business software, cloud-based systems, and ERP solutions.
- Self-motivated, proactive approach to lead generation and closing sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
