
Sales Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Development Representative/Supervisor to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outbound sales, client acquisition, and lead generation, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with U.S.-based clients.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities, particularly within the U.S. market.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless sales pipeline.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling, lead generation, and outreach efforts to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Monitor key metrics (calls, emails, appointments set, pipeline activity) and regularly report on performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing U.S. clients to foster long-term business growth.
- Ensure CRM systems are updated and accurate, with a strong focus on activity tracking and data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain high-quality communication standards and represent the organization professionally at all times.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in business development, including working with U.S.-based clients, leading business development initiatives, and managing or mentoring a small team.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, including cold calling, lead generation, and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
