Sales Growth Specialist

As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth for our company. You will be responsible for creating and managing your pipeline, maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, and achieving monthly quotas.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive revenue growth by closing sales and expanding the customer base.
- Maintain accurate and current notes and records for all accounts in Salesforce.
- Achieve 100% of assigned monthly quota while cultivating a future sales pipeline.
- Help key stakeholders gain insight into their market, customers, and competitors to make informed decisions.
- Become an expert in our product and clearly articulate its value proposition to potential customers.
- Proven track record of carrying a quota and meeting sales targets.
- Collaborative attitude and willingness to share techniques and success with the team.
- Experience in high-call volume sales and prospecting.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with a strong understanding of pipeline management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 20 company-wide holidays, including a week-long end-of-year shutdown.
