Partnerships Manager Job Description

Overview:

Activate-Talent is seeking a strategic partnerships professional to build and optimize high-impact partnerships that drive customer acquisition, product adoption, and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business development, marketing, and product — identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and nurturing relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities across agencies, platforms, SaaS providers, affiliates, influencers, and enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners through outreach, negotiations, and deal execution.
  • Structure and negotiate partnership agreements that drive measurable growth in customer acquisition, revenue, or retention.
  • Develop joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Collaborate with product and development teams to support partner integrations and ensure smooth technical implementation.
  • Track and analyze partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand visibility and expand networks.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in SaaS or growth-stage tech companies.
  • Proven success in building and scaling partnerships generating tangible business impact.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically to deliver results.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology, SaaS ecosystems, and B2B growth strategies.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in affiliate, channel, or platform partnerships.
  • Existing network in the SaaS / martech ecosystem.
  • Exposure to global markets and distributed teams.
