
Senior Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales director to lead our strategic partnerships team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives at key partner organizations, fostering collaboration and alignment on joint business objectives.
The successful candidate will manage and grow a team of business development managers, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and market expansion. They will also develop and execute go-to-market strategies for joint offerings, oversee the day-to-day management of alliances, including contract negotiations and performance tracking, and issue resolution.
This role requires building trusted relationships with partners, increasing market share and attach rate, evangelizing the partnership, and leading all business interactions from engineer to CxO. Regular travel may be required to drive partnerships in person.
