Job Title

A Business Development and Marketing Specialist is required to support the marketing efforts of our organization. This role involves managing event management activities, implementing system-wide mall marketing requirements, and maintaining relationships with sponsors and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Management: Participate in the conceptualization, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaign plans including seasonal events, mall-owned campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Advertising: Develop advertising and media plans, publicity materials, and promotions such as digital campaigns. Content creation and basic video/photo editing are also essential skills.
  • Sponsorships and Partnerships: Foster healthy relationships between tenants, brand partners, suppliers, and organizations that align with marketing goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Advertising, and Promotions, Event Management.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Computer literacy and above-average communication skills.
