Operations Assistant for E-Commerce

The Role

Our Product Operations Assistant will be responsible for managing the process that ensures nurse entrepreneurs can place orders on our platform with ease. Nurse entrepreneurs need supplies to serve their clients and rely on us to manage operations behind the scenes.

  • Register new accounts eligible to use our supplies platform

  • Monitor our platform for incoming orders and payments

  • Place orders with suppliers when received through our platform

  • Daily reconciliations between our platform orders and supplier orders

  • Occasional customer service via email to resolve lost or incorrectly placed orders

  • Evaluate and escalate serious issues to your manager

  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve processes

  • Additional ad hoc responsibilities as requested by your manager or product and engineering team

Qualifications

Applicants should have:

  • Experience working with US customers in similar roles (e.g., e-commerce store management)

  • Working experience with Shopify (and similar platforms)

  • Basic data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel

  • Ability to work US hours (up to 8p ET weekdays)

  • Strong written and verbal English skills

  • Attention to detail and reliability

  • Efficient task execution

Requirements

  • Reliable internet connection (>10mbps)

  • Quiet working environment

  • Proficiency in English

  • Bonus qualifications:

    • Previous experience in healthcare/beauty/wellness industries

    • Project management tool experience (e.g., Asana or Trello)

    • Quality Assurance manual testing experience
