E-Commerce Operations Coordinator

An e-commerce operations coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of an online store's performance, including ensuring accuracy in product pricing and descriptions.
Responsibilities:- Update product pricing, descriptions, and website content, including headers and collections.
- Conduct regular content audits and implement site-wide copy changes.
- Use Shopify's admin dashboard to create or modify pages and collections.
- 2+ years in an executive assistant, e-commerce coordinator, or similar operations role.
- Proven familiarity with Shopify or similar CMS/e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with quality assurance testing in e-commerce environments.
- Basic coding experience (HTML/CSS) to manage site updates.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Remote position.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system.
- $8 per hour.
- Flexible working hours.
