Job Title: E-Commerce Specialist
About the Role

This is a dynamic role that involves coordinating e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, including product listings, pricing, and content updates. As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing across digital channels. You will also coordinate domestic and international orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.


Responsibilities
  • Manage e-commerce platforms and marketplaces to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and content updates.
  • Handle customer inquiries and respond to their queries in a timely manner.
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Monitor stock levels and generate replenishment reports to support supply chain forecasting.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotions while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the team on website development and provide technical support as needed.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or sales operations.
  • Knowledge of Shopify and other order management/finance systems (e.g., DEAR, StarShipit, Xero).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales and inventory data to provide actionable insights.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
