Job Title: E-Commerce Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of product listings, pricing, and inventory management across multiple online marketplaces.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information on e-commerce platforms.
  • Support account managers by pulling data, generating spreadsheets, and performing calculations to track performance.
  • Coordinate product listing updates, pricing adjustments, and promotional campaigns with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze e-commerce metrics to identify opportunities to improve product listings, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an E-Commerce Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Experience uploading products on Houzz and Cymax. Experience on Lowe's, Walmart, Amazon, and Target platforms is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required) for data manipulation, reporting, and analytics.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience using Amazon Seller Central or similar e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with product image optimization and managing product variations.
  • Experience with inventory management and sales analysis.
