Logistics Strategist

The role of Logistics Strategist is a key position within our organization, responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing end-to-end logistics strategies. The successful candidate will support the Head of Supply Chain in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all supply chain functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the management of Amazon and Shopify platforms to ensure seamless transaction flows and customer satisfaction.
  • Strategizing end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and fulfillment to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
  • Coordinating logistics and fulfillment activities with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, carriers, and warehouse partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, finance, and customer service, to support business objectives and ensure seamless operational alignment.

Requirements for this role include:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Amazon operations or supply chain management.
  • At least 5 years of leadership/ people management experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Suite.
  • Shopify experience.
  • Experience with Helium10.
