Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our customer service team. As a customer service representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers and play a key role in ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner, displaying excellent listening skills and sharp attention to detail, and ensuring high levels of communication and customer service skills are displayed to all clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, website or other channels in a friendly, professional and timely manner
  • Display excellent listening skills and sharp attention to detail towards our clients
  • Ensure highly effective communication and customer service skills are displayed to all clients
  • Support reporting duties in a confidential manner
Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), and have experience working in an inbound/outbound call environment.

Additionally, you should be organized, able to meet deadlines, proactive, and have a strong problem-solving attitude. A degree in any field is not required but prior customer service experience is a plus.
