Job Summary:
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service support and resolution of routine problems related to our clients' products or services. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, empathetic listener, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
About the Job:
The Customer Support Associate I position involves interacting with customers through various channels such as inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will provide timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries while maintaining a positive and professional tone at all times.
- Evaluate customer requirements and use decision-support tools to resolve issues.
- Greet customers in a courteous and friendly manner using agreed-upon procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of client products and services to effectively address customer concerns.
- Document interactions and track customer information accurately.
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You should be able to multitask, work well under pressure, and have a patient demeanor when dealing with challenging customers. A high school diploma and three to six months of relevant experience are preferred.
Candidate Profile:
Strong computer navigation skills, PC knowledge, and adaptability to changes quickly are essential. You should be dependable, have attention to detail, and be able to work as a team member as well as independently. Tolerance for repetitive work and ability to maintain a pleasant and professional tone are also required.
