
APAC Business Development Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business excellence and customer satisfaction in the APAC region.
About the Role:This position is crucial to our success and requires strong leadership and decision-making skills. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and leading various initiatives to improve sales performance, including sales funnel management, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Proactively manage and analyze monthly and forward-looking sales forecast data.
- Ensure linkage between functions that support sales forecasting (Sales, Demand, Supply, Order Fulfillment, Finance, Marketing).
- Sales Forecast and performance analysis and reporting.
- Revenue forecast tracking.
- Bookings/Revenue annual plan preparation.
- Track and facilitate Growth Strategy initiatives.
- Sales Force Management.
- Analyze pipeline and facilitate faster-moving sales funnel.
- Analyze CRM systems.
- Audit processes: minimize overlap / lean operations.
- Management of the process used in each region.
- Enhance sales conversion rates.
- Prepare Sales Reporting.
- Organize Monthly Regional Sales meetings with senior leaders.
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 5-8 years minimum experience in Sales Operations, Sales management, or related field
- Experience in CRM systems, data analysis and sales forecasting
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, process improvement and implementing sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM software – Salesforce or other sales automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics and translate into actionable insights
- Familiar with sales forecasting methods, sales analytics, and pipeline management
- Organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing business environments
- Attention to detail, strong focus on accuracy and efficiency and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across departments
