Overview

We are seeking a motivated Marketing Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will engage potential healthcare partners, introduce them to solutions, and help create new opportunities for the client success team.

This position combines relationship outreach, market research, and client engagement. You'll connect with healthcare providers, spark interest in our platform, and schedule introductory conversations for our teams to showcase how we can reduce burnout, improve documentation, and support better patient outcomes.

You will:

  • Reach out to healthcare organizations through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Research prospects to personalize outreach and identify opportunities.
  • Coordinate introductory meetings for the client success and sales teams.
  • Track outreach activities and share insights that improve future campaigns.
  • Partner with marketing to execute targeted outreach programs.

Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. Familiarity with HubSpot is also necessary. Fluency in English is a must.

Bonus points if you have experience engaging clinical decision-makers (Directors of Nursing, Administrators). Knowledge of healthcare, SaaS, or AI solutions is a plus.
