Job Title: Remote Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to provide exceptional administrative support to healthcare professionals in a remote setting.

About the Role:
  • Manage patient records efficiently and accurately using EMR systems.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Explain services to new patients and ensure they understand how our systems work and what to expect.
  • Assist healthcare professionals in scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating follow-up care.
  • Collaborate with medical billing teams to ensure accurate coding and billing information.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Key Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using EMR systems and strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex medical concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
