This is a pivotal role in driving physician outreach, healthcare provider engagement, and medical equipment distributor relationships in the U.S.

Our team seeks a Sales Development Representative to execute high-volume, multi-channel outreach and consistent account management for strong engagement and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute daily outreach to physicians, ENT specialists, and healthcare offices via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Research and identify new prescriber targets (e.g., finding all doctors in a given health system)
  • Personalize communications to maximize engagement and response rates
  • Log all outreach activity and status updates in Salesforce and Halo
About This Role

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with partners to onboard doctors, identify new leads, and nurture accounts.

Success in this role means learning our tools, consistently emailing accounts, and securing prescriber meetings.

Requirements
  • 1+ year in healthcare sales, provider outreach, or a similar SDR/account management role
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) with U.S. healthcare professionals
  • Hands-on experience with CRMs (Salesforce preferred) and outreach tools (Apollo, Halo, LinkedIn, email platforms)
  • Ability to work U.S. EST business hours (9 AM – 6 PM)
  • Proven ability to work independently in a fully remote setup
