CTS DOCUMENT PROCESSING SERVICE is seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Operations Assistant to join our team.

About the Job

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

  • We are looking for someone who can multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
  • A strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
  • This position also requires excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • This role involves scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and preparing reports.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing office supplies inventory and placing orders as necessary.
  • Maintenance of organized filing systems for records and documentation is also a key responsibility.
  • Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner is essential.
  • Coordination with various departments to ensure smooth workflow is also required.
  • Data entry and updating databases will also be part of this role.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or clerical role is a plus.
