Job DescriptionDescription- Manage and organize files, documents, and records.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and assist customers with inquiries.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with different departments to support daily operations.
- Handle data entry and update internal databases.
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
