About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily document management and record-keeping.
  • Tracking and managing administrative tasks and records.
  • Verifying accuracy of supporting materials before sharing with teams.
  • Invoice processing and maintenance of related documentation.
  • Inventory management and supply requests.
  • Effective and responsible performance of clerical and administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of business process management, purchasing, and admin works.
  • Able to attend face-to-face interviews.
