About the Role
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team at J-K Network Services. As an Admin Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily document management and record-keeping.
- Tracking and managing administrative tasks and records.
- Verifying accuracy of supporting materials before sharing with teams.
- Invoice processing and maintenance of related documentation.
- Inventory management and supply requests.
- Effective and responsible performance of clerical and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative roles.
- Strong knowledge of business process management, purchasing, and admin works.
- Able to attend face-to-face interviews.
