Procurement Support Specialist

About the Role

The Procurement Support Specialist is responsible for assisting the estimating team in managing bid documents, coordinating proposal submissions, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills to ensure accurate and on-time submission of bids.

Bid Preparation and Submission:

  • Coordinate and prepare bid packages and proposals for various construction projects.
  • Ensure that all RFPs are submitted internally in a timely manner and in compliance with the requirements set out in the request for proposal (RFP) documents.

Document Management:

  • Manage and organize all bid documents, including RFPs, technical specifications, drawings, and other related documents.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the submission guidelines.

Team Coordination:

  • Work closely with project managers, estimators, and other team members to gather necessary information and facilitate comprehensive bid preparation.
  • Independently manage workload calendars and meet deadlines.
  • Track customer contacts and bidding progress.
