Procurement Support Role

This procurement specialist will be responsible for managing purchasing and production planning to ensure seamless operations.

Key responsibilities include vendor and purchase order management, data accuracy and system checks, inventory reporting and tracking, logistics coordination, and ad-hoc project support.

  • Vendor & Purchase Order Management: Partner with vendors, track and follow up on purchase orders, and escalate any discrepancies or issues.
  • Data Accuracy & System Checks: Verify PO details, identify and correct discrepancies, and maintain pricing matrices.
  • Inventory Reporting & Tracking: Generate and distribute weekly inventory reports, monitor materials in quarantine, and collaborate with warehouse and receiving teams.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work with warehouse and receiving teams to ensure smooth movement of goods, communicate with 3PL providers, and address scheduling conflicts or delivery delays.
  • Ad-Hoc Project Support: Assist in various procurement and inventory-related projects, complete data entry tasks, and update bills of materials.
