We're Hiring: Procurement Buyer / Sourcing Specialist

Do you have a sharp eye for detail, strong negotiation skills, and a talent for building lasting supplier partnerships? Join us as a Procurement Buyer (Sourcing Specialist) and play a key role in driving cost savings, quality sourcing, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

· Build and maintain strong relationships with local and foreign suppliers.

· Negotiate prices, quantities, delivery schedules, and contracts to secure the best deals.

· Source pumps, motors, and related products, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.

· Facilitate supplier accreditation, evaluation, and performance monitoring.

· Maintain and update supplier databases; find alternatives when needed.

· Collaborate with internal teams to support purchasing needs and improve sourcing processes.

· Handle supplier-related issues, from inquiries to incident resolution.

· Represent the procurement department in cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives.

Who We're Looking For

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

· Proven experience in sourcing, purchasing, or procurement—preferably in the pumps and motors industry for at least 3 years.

· Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship skills.

· Excellent communication (verbal & written) and critical thinking abilities.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office; highly organized and detail-oriented.

· Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
