Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to support our team. This role involves managing vendor contracts, tracking procurement data, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Support the review process for new vendor contracts, coordinating with internal teams and vendors.
  • Manage and update procurement data in SharePoint Excel files and other internal applications.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Process contract execution, including gathering signatures and archiving documents.
  • Track and manage contract lifecycles, ensuring timely renewals and terminations.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in contract terms.
  • Process requisitions from start to finish, selecting suppliers and managing purchase orders.
  • Review and update contracts and associated documents as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting is preferred.
  • Experience in indirect spend management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Understanding of procurement regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to analyze data and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Familiarity with procurement management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
