We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at Ace Hardware Philippines, Inc.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of managerial experience related to retail, customer service, and fast-food. A strong background in supervising store operations and managing teams is essential.

Salary: PHP 60,000 - 80,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.

Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Ensure the growth and profitability of the company by providing quality customer and employee support services;
    • Guarantee operational efficiency and optimal performance of staff inside the store through selling, accurate counter and treasury operations, effective supervision of store's transactions, constant monitoring, reordering & transferring of stocks;
    • Proactive team management and development; and consistent in reporting sales.

Requirements:

  • Managerial experience in retail, customer service, and fast-food;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with stock management and inventory control systems.
