Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Utilize verbal and written English communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions.
  • Adapt quickly to changing situations and multitask efficiently to meet customer needs.
  • Develop solutions to prevent potential cancellations and upsell products that save customers time and money.
  • Excel in building rapport with diverse individuals and demonstrate kindness in every interaction.
  • Prior experience with Zendesk, Hubspot, or similar technology is an asset.
