
Community Phone Support Specialist

- Utilize verbal and written English communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions.
- Adapt quickly to changing situations and multitask efficiently to meet customer needs.
- Develop solutions to prevent potential cancellations and upsell products that save customers time and money.
- Excel in building rapport with diverse individuals and demonstrate kindness in every interaction.
- Prior experience with Zendesk, Hubspot, or similar technology is an asset.
