We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to join our global support team. This full-time, remote opportunity involves working on challenging technical issues and collaborating with world-class teams across Product, Engineering, and QA.
Key Responsibilities- Provide advanced support for global customers on MDM/UEM platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Escalate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product-related matters.
- Develop knowledge base articles and training materials.
- Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
- Handle escalations with urgency and professionalism.
- 5+ years in technical support (enterprise software/SaaS).
- Strong experience with VMware Workspace ONE, Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, or IBM MaaS360.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira, Salesforce.
- Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment.
This role requires strong technical expertise and excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
