Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a robust new business pipeline by collaborating with marketing-qualified leads, social networks, and industry events

  • Design and execute targeted campaigns to uncover new sales opportunities

  • Qualify leads from marketing initiatives

  • Identify untapped business potential within assigned accounts and work towards expanding our product/service offerings

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and engage potential clients through cold calls and emails

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in software sales, preferably with a background in selling SaaS products

  • Familiarity with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling)

  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of Audiometry and clinical management processes

  • Experience in the MedTech industry
