Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
Your Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain a robust new business pipeline by collaborating with marketing-qualified leads, social networks, and industry events
Design and execute targeted campaigns to uncover new sales opportunities
Qualify leads from marketing initiatives
Identify untapped business potential within assigned accounts and work towards expanding our product/service offerings
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market and engage potential clients through cold calls and emails
Experience in software sales, preferably with a background in selling SaaS products
Familiarity with multiple sales techniques (including cold calling)
A proven track record of achieving sales targets
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a relevant field
Nice-to-Haves:
Knowledge of Audiometry and clinical management processes
Experience in the MedTech industry
