About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to drive our mission by seeking growth and strategic opportunities to close more accounts. As a pioneering member of the team, you will work closely with other functions to deliver user experience improvements and introduce best-in-class strategies and processes that will help us provide an unparalleled healthcare experience.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing and optimizing the full sales cycle of lead generation, pitching, negotiating and closing SME accounts
- Forging and managing relationships with strategic partners to reach more SMEs
- Developing a deep understanding of our product, as well as other health plans and processes in the market
- Performing regular industry and competitor analysis to ensure we continue to provide unparalleled offerings
- Soliciting and incorporating customer feedback into product development
- Assisting in brand-building initiatives and networking activities
- Supporting and coordinating closely with other functions to deliver an extraordinary user experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships or related fields
- Creative, strategic and proactive problem solving skills
- Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisions
