About the Role

As a pioneering member of the team, you will work closely with other functions to deliver user experience improvements and introduce best-in-class strategies and processes that will help us provide an unparalleled healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing and optimizing the full sales cycle of lead generation, pitching, negotiating and closing SME accounts
  • Forging and managing relationships with strategic partners to reach more SMEs
  • Developing a deep understanding of our product, as well as other health plans and processes in the market
  • Performing regular industry and competitor analysis to ensure we continue to provide unparalleled offerings
  • Soliciting and incorporating customer feedback into product development
  • Assisting in brand-building initiatives and networking activities
  • Supporting and coordinating closely with other functions to deliver an extraordinary user experience
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, partnerships or related fields
  • Creative, strategic and proactive problem solving skills
  • Ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support key business decisions
