As a Customer Service Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- At least 3 months of BPO experience
- College graduation preferred
- Amenable to work on-site and on a shifting schedule
- Willingness to work ASAP
- Must be vaccinated
