About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch support to clients and customers via phone calls and other communication channels
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A college degree, preferably with or without BPO experience
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A willingness to start immediately and work onsite
