This position involves responding to incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing information on our products or services. You will be responsible for handling complaints professionally and efficiently.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate product information and answer questions regarding our services
  • Troubleshoot problems and offer solutions to customers
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns effectively

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Any educational attainment
  • No prior experience required; however, having 6 months of customer-facing experience is beneficial
  • 0-23 months of call center experience (international voice)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A willingness to work on-site
