We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Retail Account team in Cebu.

This is an on-site role that requires a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year BPO experience, with 1 year experience in Customer Service and/or Sales (blended voice and non-voice or pure voice experience).

Responsibilities include handling product or service inquiries, attending to customer requests, and maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred, and the candidate should be willing to work on-site and adapt to a shifting schedule.

Key requirements include flawless verbal and written English communication skills, experience in handling an Omnichannel, and amendability to work onsite.
