Faithm Printers is a dynamic organization seeking a Workforce Development Coordinator to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance.

This role requires a strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in human resources or a related field, with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

The Workforce Development Coordinator will assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives, maintain and update employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws regarding compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations and Engagement: Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives; maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates; coordinate job postings and recruitment campaigns; support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration: Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely benefits administration; maintain records of employee benefits, leaves, and attendance; ensure compliance with labor laws regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Training and Performance Management: Support the development and execution of training programs; assist in coordinating performance evaluations and tracking employee progress; identify areas for improvement in employee development.
