**Job Summary:

The SHIMIZU-FUJITA-TAKENAKA-EEI JOINT VENTURE seeks a skilled Compensation and Benefits Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR – Compensation and Benefits unit.

**Key Responsibilities:
  1. Benefits Administration: Facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO), arrange payroll bank account openings, and assist in final pay settlements.
  2. Liaison Officer: Declare new employees and separated employees to government agencies (SSS/Philhealth/BIR/HDMF) using print forms or electronic transaction forms.
  3. Reporting and Monitoring: Ensure timely updating of compensation and benefits task trackers and submit reports as required.
  4. Conditional Benefits: Process medicine reimbursements, distribute HMO cards, and facilitate Maxicare reimbursement.
  5. Filing Management: Properly file and store all compensation and benefits documents.
**Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years' experience in Compensation and Benefits.
  • Experience as Liaison Officer to government offices like SSS, Philhealth, Pag-Ibig, and BIR.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
