About this Role: The Benefits Specialist is a critical member of our HR team, responsible for managing the organization's employee benefits programs and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with vendors to manage their performance and resolve issues.
  • Developing and implementing benefit plans that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant benefits regulations and requirements.

As a Benefits Specialist, you'll work closely with our HR team to develop and implement employee-centered programs for health and wellness, as well as participate in career development opportunities such as onboarding, training, mentoring, volunteering, and employee networking groups.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in benefits administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate benefit plans and proposals.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing benefits data and processes.
