The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting the human resources function at ELT's Enterprises. This includes recruitment, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Provide support with employee relations and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Prepare HR-related reports and analyses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
