Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Resolution Specialist to deliver exceptional customer support. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues in SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve complex customer support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems in SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs.
  • Collaborate with clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Provide after-hours and holiday support as required.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in SQL, production environments, and client support.
  • Strong knowledge of Linux OS and network administration.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery knowledge, or Salesforce admin experience.
  • Utility industry or Smart Grid exposure.
  • ITIL/ITSM background.
