- The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to professionally interact with customers throughout the claims process.
- A key aspect of this role is executing claims resolutions in alignment with company guidelines and authorization levels.
- The Claims Resolution Specialist must maintain accurate documentation of all claims, outcomes, communications, and resolution actions within internal systems.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, claims resolution, or order investigation, preferably in the promotional products industry or a similar custom manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and investigative skills are essential for success in this position.
- The ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy is critical.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational habits are necessary for maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
