Conflict Resolution Lead

The Conflict Resolution Lead will be responsible for managing conflict resolution requests, providing technical assistance and service delivery. This role involves monitoring queue volumes, collaborating with team members to maintain SLA for conflict resolution, and contributing to HR administrative tasks.

  • Manage conflict resolution request queues and ensure adherence to SLA
  • Assist in responding to technical queries related to conflict analysis and management
  • Collaborate with the conflict management lead and other global leads to build out the service offering and deliver a positive team experience
  • Develop and support initiatives to improve team performance and morale
Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the service to local markets and assist with technical queries
  • Monitor conflict management request queue volumes and collaborate with team members to maintain SLA
  • Contribute to HR administrative tasks, including employee morale, learning, and professional development
  • Liaise with managers and internal stakeholders across multiple locations
Qualifications and Skills
  • An undergraduate degree
  • Previous conflicts of interest experience in a legal or professional services environment preferred
  • Supervisory experience in a global environment
  • Strong familiarity with Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
  • Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and administrative skills
