About the Role
">We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to take on a challenging customer support role.
This position involves delivering exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues through effective troubleshooting and communication.
You will act as a liaison between customers, support teams, and developers, owning escalated issues from start to finish and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Handle escalated support tickets via various channels to provide assistance to customers.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using available tools, logs, and APIs to identify root causes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and protect customer data.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of escalated issues from initiation to resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams when deeper investigation or fixes are required.
- Partner with internal teams to share knowledge, trends, and solutions.
- Contribute to the development of internal knowledge base articles and documentation.
