Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving customer disputes in a professional and timely manner.

As a key member of our P2P market frontlines, you will work closely with the team to identify and investigate trading activity, taking appropriate actions to ensure the marketplace remains safe and secure. You will also create a culture and processes that drive business goals and objectives regarding customer service.

To achieve these objectives, you will use Customer Insight and Root Cause Analytics to identify product improvements and present them to stakeholders and peers. Additionally, you will act as the Voice of the Customer across the organization, ensuring that customer feedback is shared and utilized to drive growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have proven customer-facing experience, strong IT skills, and excellent written communication skills. They will be able to multitask, prioritize, and control time effectively. Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a plus, but not required. Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are an advantage. The successful candidate will be willing to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts, and may be required to work from home.

Requirements
  • 1+ years experience of customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative
  • Strong ability in IT for professional use and can handle somewhat technical queries from customers
  • Exceptional written communication skills and a good listener
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and control time effectively
  • Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a big plus
  • Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
  • Willing to work weekends and irregular hours which will include night shifts
