Chargeback Resolution Specialist

Acquire BPO is seeking a skilled Chargeback Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in tracking and investigating disputes between customers and merchants.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Save the company from fees and processing cost increases by resolving chargebacks efficiently.
  2. Prevent Merchant Account terminations that negatively impact business finances.
  3. Reduce potential transaction disputes and mitigate chargeback risks through meticulous case management.
  4. Process and reconcile both vendor and customer disputes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Maintain and track documented chargeback cases to ensure seamless resolution.
Requirements:
  1. Excellent work ethics and a willingness to learn new skills, including investigation and case creation.
  2. Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation of actions taken and note keeping.
  3. Decision-making skills to choose the next action that yields the best outcome after analyzing possible situations and weighing all options without bias.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for table tracking, basic formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions.
  2. Familiarity with NetSuite or Salesforce navigation will be an asset.
  3. A bachelor's degree is highly valued.
