We are seeking a highly motivated and solution-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a trusted consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers with our software and service.

The Role:

As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as the primary contact post-sales, conducting a thorough customer onboarding and education process. You will take full ownership of the account's health post-implementation and prepare the account to be billable by ensuring the customer successfully starts with our service.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Becoming the primary contact post-sales, conducting a thorough customer onboarding and education process and taking full ownership of the account's health post-implementation.
  • Preparing the account to be billable by ensuring that the customer successfully starts with our service, through an introduction to their assistant, by ensuring the customer has access to the Wing platform, and by prompting the customer to delegate their first task.
  • Building a goal plan for the customer, focused on short-term and long-term goals towards growth, and identifying ways we can support those goals.
  • Proactively managing the relationship between our virtual assistants and your assigned clients both during and post-onboarding, including periodic email check-ins with customers, ad-hoc phone/conference calls/texts, and actively checking-in with the virtual assistants, supervisors, and managers assigned to the account as well as monitoring customer usage using our proprietary web tool.
  • Managing all inbound customer communications by organizing/escalating and resolving issues appropriately, including assistant quality, staff replacement, billing, sales, and technical inquiries.
  • Understanding our different offerings and communicating it clearly to customers as you grow their engagement in order to potentially promote upgrades, engage in upsells, and obtain customer referrals.

What We're Looking For:

Our ideal candidate will have at least a year of experience in client relationship management AND/OR project management, excellent written and spoken English communication skills, and a positive attitude with the desire to contribute to the success of the company. They should also be comfortable with Mac, Windows, Chrome, iOS, Android, and video call communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).
